The apartement is situated on the ground floor, has a private entrance and its own seating area with an amazing view on the surrounding hills. Of course you’re free to roam around the land and find a another spot to wind down. You have a bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, living room with seating & dining area and equiped kitchen at your disposal. You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. Appartamento il verzellino is best suited for two people but there is also a pull-out sofa that can accomodate two more. The price is €100 for two people.

With 4.3 hectares of land, you will find more than enough (hidden) spots to discover, play and relax. We even have a (small) gated area where dogs can run free for a while. The land is a mixture of woods, meadow, orchard, food forest and garden. Most of the terrain is protected Nature 2000 land. You can start hikes from our land and even follow the river to find some refreshing water spots in summer. We are located away from traffic and industry. This means there can be days you don’t hear any human sounds.
